The Landlord’s Edge started after our founder bought a first duplex and realized the playbook didn’t exist, just scattered forum threads, paywalled courses, and advice meant for 200-unit portfolios.
So we built the resource we wished we’d had: clear, honest, free education that helps small landlords keep more of what they earn and stress less doing it.
